Scapa Flow Itinerary Sept 2008

* Bristol to Inverness flight with Easyjet. Takes off Friday 19th September @ 10.10am to arrive Inverness @ 11.40am. Returns from Inverness to Bristol on Saturday 27th September @ 16.10pm to arrive at Bristol 17.30pm £58 pp return.

* Travel Lodge, Inverness Friday 19th September, room only will sleep up to 3 adults price £29.00 per room per night.

* Transfer from Inverness to Scrabster Ferry, Saturday 20th September leave approx 8.00am . Return Saturday 27th Scrabster Ferry – Inverness Airport 11.00am price TBC (if anybody has any room in their vehicles and are willing to give anybody a lift to the ferry, please let me know asap).

* Ferry (North Link) Scrabster / Stromness Sept 20th leave time 12.00 noon arrive 14.30 return 27th Sept 9.00am arrive Scrabster 10.30am cost foot passenger £32.00 return and vehicle £95.00 return.

* Accommodation Ferry Inn Stromness September 20th – Sept 26th (total 7 nights) Single room total £280.00 share double £175.00 each, per week.

* Scapa Flow Charters, diving from 21st Sept – 26th Sept (we have the boat from 1.30pm on 20.9.08 until 6.00pm 26.9.0 Cool

Price £225.00 + £45.00 (full Scottish breakfast) per person.

Cost to Richard Girdler to transport Scuba kit to Scrabster Ferry from Bridport, Dorset and return £35.00

Scuba kit to be at the Dive center no later than Wednesday 17th September 2008.

Please let me know asap if you need ANY of the above booking for you. I will need the flights, ferry and travel lodge money in full.

Also please note all ferry services are now asking for picture ID (e.g passport, drivers licence etc).

Hi All,

Just to let you know the flights for Bristol to Inverness and return have gone up to £65.00.

I suggest you book these either direct with Easy Jet or through myself asap.

Hi

Have just heard from the Ferry Inn in Stromness about our accommodation for the Scapa Flow trip.

Please could you send me a deposit for the accommodation of £50.00 ASAP (cheques made payable to Jon Anstey)

The balance is due on the 1st August 2008.
