Now is the time to dive into the PADI Open Water Diver course, the most popular diver training program in the world. This is your ticket to a lifetime of intense adventure with PADI, the dive company that sets the standards in the global diving community. As a certified PADI Open Water Diver - the most widely recognized and respected rating in the world - you have the freedom to dive to a maximum depth of 18 meters independent of a PADI professional.

PADI Open Water - Referral

Tempted by the PADI Open Water Dive course but would rather learn in the warm waters of a tropical paradise? If so, then the PADI Open Water Referral course is for you! The beauty of a referral course is that it gets all the time-intensive introductory stuff - ie. theory lessons and practical pool sessions - out of the way before you go away on holiday, leaving you more time to soak up the sun and get some real diving in!
Once you've completed the first part of the referral here in the UK, we'll sign you off for that section of the course leaving you to finish off the 'open water' section (ie. the 'real' dives in the sea!) in the tropical location of your choice! PADI certifications are accepted throughout the world so you're sure to find a dive centre that'll be more than happy to finish off your Open Water courses.

PADI Advanced Open Water

Take your diving to the next level with the PADI Advanced Open Water course. Over the course of two days, you'll get the opportunity to experience new and exciting types of diving whilst honing the dive skills you learnt on the PADI Open Water course.
This course comprises of five dives - two compulsory (deep and navigation) and three elective dives of your choice (choose between wreck, drysuit, multilevel, search & recovery and more!). After your five dives, you'll be more experienced, feel more comfortable underwater and simply enjoy diving more! Although there's no final exam, this course does require home study.

PADI Rescue Diver

The PADI Rescue Diver will expand your knowledge and experience beyond purely recreational level because you'll learn to look beyond yourself and consider the safety and well being of other divers. Although this course is serious, it is an enjoyable way to build your confidence. Subjects covered include self-rescue and diver stress, emergency management and first aid procedures for pressure-related injuries. A seriously fun course!
IMPORTANT NOTE - In order to enroll on the PADI Rescue Diver course, you must hold a current first aid/CPR certification such as the Emergency First Responder course detailed below.

You'll learn how to master buoyancy control with a dry suit, how to look after your dry suit and more.

The Emergency First Responder course gives you the tools you need to perform CPR and First Aid. Whether you're a diver or a non-diver, Emergency First Responder prepares you to handle potentially life-threatening situations. Note this certification (or equivalent) is required in order to enroll on the PADI Rescue Diver course.

This half day course provides basic training for administering oxygen first aid to those involved in diving related accidents, a must for all divers
This course is designed to be an introduction to deep diving and to help the student diver develop the necessary skills, knowledge and techniques to safely participate in deep diving activities to a maximum depth of 40m.

Enriched Air Nitrox Diver

This course is designed to qualify recreational divers to use enriched air nitrox for no stop recreational diving. The program addresses the use of enriched air with 22 percent to 40 percent oxygen, with emphasis on enriched air with 32 and 36 percent oxygen. The course emphasizes the theoretical and operational considerations involved with enriched air diving.
If you are interested in nature then this is definitely a course for you. Learn all about the underwater ecosystem on these south-west shores; its underwater life ranging from algae, fish to plants; and how to help protect it. This course consists of 2 dives.

You'll learn the proper techniques and safety considerations for object location including the use of various search patterns, lines and reels. Once your object is located, you'll learn the proper techniques and safety considerations for recovery of objects using various lifting devices.

Night Diver

All the diving courses so far have been during daylight hours - now come and see what it's like in the real world of darkness! You will discover a completely different perspective on the underwater world. This course includes three dives over two evenings, navigation and communication (essential to make night-time diving safer)
If you are of the "laid-back" nature then this is definitely a type of diving you will enjoy. Drift diving is simply a matter of setting off and going with the flow (quite literally), drifting along with the current "flying" underwater. The course covers special equipment use, navigation and buoyancy control.
This course will familiarise you with the techniques and skills required for boat diving and an introduction to boat protocol, entry and exit techniques. Broaden your horizons for a greater variety of diving which includes two boat dives.
This course consists of 2 dives with underwater photography equipment.
